One of the first questions I often get asked about my work with the Body Code System is how do I get the answers to the questions “what is the problem?” and “what do we need to do?”. We are brought up on the basic principle that knowledge comes through study and learning, and that when it comes to the human body and health matters you must have at least spent some years enrolled in a medical or health care course if you haven’t spent 5-7 years of your life at medical school! Well what you will learn will no doubt be very interesting but ultimately can you really have all the knowledge of all the specialists when the human body is so complex? You might be the best chiropractor, massage therapist, homoeopath or cardiologist but can you really know everything you need to know about every organ, every chemical reaction in the body, where the smallest imbalance may lie, even if no symtoms are currently present, before we consider the “life view” of those in the East who will want to consider your Meridians and Chakras as well?! I am sure you will agree that the answer must be no!

Look within to find the answers!

With the Body Code system the beauty is that what we access for all these answers is what could be described as the most advanced medical database in the universe and furthermore one can always get the “correct” answer for any health question! And what is this tha data base? The human body! Yes that is it, the best place to find all the answers to what the human body needs, from a health point of view, is the human body itself!

Most of us understand, at least in terms of a basic concept, that the body can act like a lie detector. If you rob a bank and stand in front of the judge you may make a good fist of denying everything but if you were hooked up to a lie detector (polygraph) you would soon be found out. That is because your body will give a measurable response when presented with truth and falsehood.  The other part of the jigsaw is what we know s the subconscious mind. We all know what the conscious mind is – that part of that seems to think, listen , make decisions, remember things and so on. While this is all very important in reality it is perhaps only 10% of our intelligence, the other 90% being stashed away in the subconscious.. The latter remembers and can recall everything you have ever done and seen and furthermore, it can be argued, has access to the whole history of every cell in your body down to the atomic level. Now if that isn’t enough imagine that if everything is energy and, as such, everything must therefore be connected, we also have access to a “universal intelligence” that is in and found everywhere. Well that is what we are doing with the Body Code system, accessing this incredible data base via some very carefully thought through strategic questioning that helps us to get quick and accurate answers to where the key “problems” lie in our body and how we can just as easily correct them energetically.

Energetic healing and disease prevention

Perhaps one of the greatest benefits of the Body Code approach is that, unlike the conventional western approach, which is based around dealing with things when something has gone wrong and which focusses on external causes of disease, dramatic intervention and on symptom suppression, the Body Code can not only identify quick and simple remedies in cases of both chronic and acute problems but can also identify imbalances in the body well before any obvious sypmtoms have arisen. It thus makes it a perfect disease prevention approach as well as very simple method of addressing ongoing health problems.

With the Body Code we identify imbalances in 6 key areas – Structural (bones, nerves, muscles etc); Nutritional (foods, nutrients, ph balance etc); Toxicity (heavy metals, medical, free radicals etc), Pathogens (parasites, bacteria, viruses etc), Energetic (emotional, mental, post traumatic etc) and Cirtuitry (organs, glands, chakras etc) and then through the use of magnets, releases the negative energy from the body.
